Our solutions are set up by a technician
When you order a new integration from us, technician setup is included in the price. Our technicians are responsible for setting up all solutions, so it is not necessary for you to order this separately.
We will contact you before the setup to agree the necessary steps.
If you already have an existing integration, we can also help make changes to the setup if needed.
The setup, that's how we do it.
When you order installation from Flows, we take care of the entire process of setting up and testing the integration.
In order to carry out an effective configuration, we will request the necessary access to your systems. We use a standard configuration based on well-tested methods. You can find instructions on how we typically configure the combination of your chosen systems on our product descriptions.
After configuring the integration, we will conduct a test transfer that you must approve to ensure that everything is working as it should.
Flows is responsible for setting up the integration itself. Should there be any problems caused by insufficient configuration in your own systems, it is your responsibility to make the necessary adjustments.
Communication regarding the installation takes place primarily in writing or via online meetings, to ensure that all your questions are answered as best as possible.
Delivery of your solution
When you order your solution from Flows, you will be presented with an estimated delivery date. It is important to provide all necessary information, such as login information, when placing the order. If we are missing this information, the delivery time will be extended by the number of days it takes to receive the missing information.
During the implementation of our service, there will be no disruption to the operation of your existing systems. You will be able to continue using your systems as normal while we work on the setup.

Flows takes care of the configuration of your integration through experienced specialists who have a thorough understanding of the systems used.

At Flows, we do not complete the process until your integration has been fully tested and you have confirmed that the result is satisfactory.
Payment
At Flows, the invoicing process takes place in two stages, which take place when the order is placed and when the solution is finally delivered. When an order is placed, you will receive an invoice for the first part of the set-up costs. We will start setting up the solution as soon as we have received payment for this first part. Once full delivery has taken place, an invoice will be issued for the second part of the payment, at which point the subscription will be activated.
Advanced customizations
When implementing Flows' standard solutions, the price includes all the setup options and adaptations that the standard solution offers.
Should there be a need for specific functionalities that require further adaptation, our technicians will inform about this and prepare a separate offer for these adaptations. This offer must be accepted or rejected in writing before the process continues.
Solutions in Make.com are extremely flexible, and therefore provide great freedom for adaptation according to your specific needs.

To ensure a smooth process in setting up the integration, it is crucial that your systems are correctly configured and functioning.
If you are in the process of configuring your systems or if they are in a test environment, it is essential to inform the technician about this so that we can plan the process together.
Some common challenges that can cause delays in delivery from Flows include:
- Absence of item number/SKU in your webshop
- Incomplete setup of VAT invoice in your webshop
In such cases, we will advise on the necessary adjustments in your systems.
If you have specific preferences for the configuration, please submit them as early as possible. In this way, we can ensure that your needs are met before the testing phase begins.
