At Flow Systems We are looking for a communications and marketing assistant for a versatile student job where you will become an active part of our small but technically strong team.

 

About Flow IO

Flow Systems is a Danish company specializing in automation and integration of primarily SaaS solutions. We help companies connect their systems and automate manual processes – so they save time, minimize errors and get more profit for their core tasks.

We work with modern no-code platforms like Make.com, and we are among the first in Denmark to take AI technologies like ChatGPT in use in concrete solutions. Our customers include large companies, consultants and accountants.

We collaborate with some of the leading Danish SaaS solutions, including:

  • e-conomic

  • Uniconta

  • Intempus

  • Zenegy

  • webCRM

  • ... and a wide range of international systems such as HubSpot, ClickUp, Planday, Salesforce and more than 3000 other systems.

 

Your tasks

You will be responsible for strengthening our communication and marketing – both externally and internally. This means you may work with:

  • Preparation and editing of blog posts, guides and product texts.

  • Production of customer cases and campaign content – both text and possibly video.

  • Social media planning, setup and analysis (LinkedIn and possibly Facebook).

  • Updating content on our WordPress website, including SEO.

  • Development of email flows and automations using AI.

  • Contribute to idea development and planning of new concepts and campaigns.

You get lots of sparring – but also freedom to work independently.

 

Who are you?

We imagine that you:

  • Are you working on a education in communications, marketing, multimedia design or similar.

  • Write fluent and flawless in both Danish and English.

  • Have a flair for communication and SEO-optimized text.

  • Interested in digital technology, AI and automation - experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

  • Er Structured, curious and able to work independently.

  • Have experience with WordPress, Canva, ChatGPT, Make.com or similar tools – or desire to get to know them.

 

Practical info

  • We offer flexible working hours, min. 12 hours per week – adapted to your study.

  • You can work remote or from our office in Frederiksberg.

  • There will be an opportunity to shape your own role in line with your skills and interests.
