Our solution for creating new contacts in LionDesk from Office 365 People and adding them to a campaign when triggered by a webhook is designed to optimize your contact management. When a custom webhook is triggered, Make will automatically create a new contact in Office 365 People and validates the email address via ZeroBounce. If the email address is valid, a new contact is created in LionDesk and added to a campaign. If the email address is invalid, the contact is deleted from Office 365 People. This automates the process and reduces manual work, while ensuring your contacts are correct and up-to-date.
