1. Reports are not synchronized: #
- Problem: Reports are not displayed in Uniconta.
- Solution: Check the Google Sheets dashboard for any sync errors. Make sure that the reports are approved in Intempus, as only approved reports are synchronized.
- Check whether a case/project has been added to the report. Check whether there is an associated activity with an associated item number.
2. Projects are not synchronized: #
- Problem: A project created in Uniconta does not appear in Intempus.
- Solution: Verify that the project's phase is set to “In progress” in Uniconta, as only projects with this phase are synchronized*. Review the dashboard for any errors.
- Check if "Change URL" in Uniconta shows errors.
3. Customers or inventory are not synchronized: #
- Problem: Customer or inventory data is not synchronized to Intempus.
- Solution: Make sure the "Intempus Active" field is checked in Uniconta for the specific customer or stock item.
- Check if "Change URL" in Uniconta shows errors.
4. Receiving too many error warnings: #
- Problem: You receive frequent error warnings.
