Handling connections to Intempus and Uniconta

The Intempus-Uniconta integration solution depends on a secure connection between the two systems. This section explains how to manage and update these connections as needed.

1. API Keys and Credentials: #

  • Description: To secure your data, it is important to ensure that your API keys and credentials for Intempus and Uniconta are up to date. If any credentials expire or need to be updated, this can be done through the system's API settings.
  • How to update them: If you need to update your API keys or passwords, follow the steps described in the Pre-Implementation Setup section to ensure that the credentials are securely provided to the integration.

For Intempus: #

We will usually add your account to our Intempus Partner Portal. We automatically request this from Intempus when you order the integration solution. Alternatively, you can also contact Intempus directly to give us access.

For Uniconta: #

To complete the setup of the integration solution, it is very helpful if we get access to your Uniconta account. You can give us access by adding our partner user "Support" to your Uniconta. The user already exists, so simply add an existing user with ID: Support.

In addition, we are required to obtain credentials for a Uniconta server user. Usually your Uniconta partner can help with this, but you are also welcome to contact us to create a server user. Please note that the price for the server user is not included in our price and will be added to your normal Uniconta subscription by your Uniconta partner. If you already have a server user, this can be used for the solution as long as the usage allows it.

2. Reestablishing connections: #

  • Description: From time to time the connections between Intempus and Uniconta may need to be updated, especially after system updates or changes to your account. The integration solution makes it possible to re-establish connections without interrupting the data flow.
  • How to re-establish the connection: If a reconnection is required, our support team will guide you through the process and ensure your systems are back online quickly.
