Handling of employee data between Intempus and Uniconta
Creation of employees
- Employees are primarily created in Intempus.
– Employees created in Uniconta are not automatically transferred to Intempus.
Reason for this practice
– Intempus operates with a payment model based on the number of employees.
- Uniconta does not have the same restriction.
– This setup prevents the accidental creation of redundant employee profiles in Intempus, which could lead to unnecessary costs.
Synchronization between systems
– When an employee is created in both systems, the profiles are matched automatically.
– The matching takes place on the basis of either employee number or user name.
– This process ensures correct processing of reports across the systems.
Matching of employees between Uniconta and Intempus #
Employees are synchronized from Intempus to Uncionta.
When the solution is set up, you must decide what we should match employees on. It can either be an employee number or email.
