No thanks to tedious manual processes!
Once again, thank you for choosing to help us help you, and everyone else who is stuck with far too many boring repetitive processes.
Handling the accounting of BS Betalingsservice pdfs every single month is just one of many small and large processes that can be automated.
We have chosen to open up the use of our solution, even though we are well aware that it is far from finished.
But, in order to get it finished, we partly need to get data through, but also to get feedback from you and all the others who are involved in testing the solution.
Our plan is more than just...
Right now, the process is still not completely automated, but it will probably come, within the limits of what is possible.
This is how we think right now:
The goal for us is that you must be able to submit your bs files, and then we must be able to automate the posting of the individual items automatically in your accounting system.
- Handling of multiple bank accounts per Payment service file.
- Create PDF file for each individual record
- Automatically create entries in the Accounting system's cash journal
- Automatic accounting based on rules
- Automatic upload of Betalingsservice files via OneDrive/Google drive
- Automatic extraction of Betalingsservice files from the accounting system
These are the thoughts we have right now, but it can definitely change, just as the order is also completely open. We would very much like to listen to you and the other users, in order to find the actual needs and the right priorities together with you.
